Gin Infusion & Cookery Masterclass

We’re delighted to launch our Memsahib’s Lounge Masterclass incorporating both our infusion and cookery masterclasses into one. 

This is your opportunity to savour the delights of your very own infused gin as well as learn how to make a delicious dish from our expert Memsahib chefs. As always, there will be ample sampling opportunities, so not only can you learn in an interactive way but also dig into the delights straight away! 

Following the infusion and cookery masterclass, you will be invited to enjoy a delicious sweet and savoury Memsahib’s Lounge Afternoon Tea, inspired by the opulent style of the memsahibs of the British Raj period. 

The masterclass will take place for approximately two hours. We advise at least one more hour to enjoy your afternoon tea experience, however your welcome to stay and enjoy drinks (and more) long into the afternoon!
